My job is to take the stress out of travel planning — so you can focus on the experience, not the logistics.
I’m a travel advisor based in Raleigh, North Carolina, designing custom journeys for couples and multigenerational families. Before we dive in, here’s a clear picture of how I work, what you can expect from me, and what it costs — so there are no surprises, only anticipation.
We connect to talk through your vision, travel style, dates, and budget.
I put together curated options, tailored to everything we discussed.
Once you’re happy with the plan, I handle every booking, confirmation, and supplier conversation.
I make sure you’re prepared with everything you need before departure.
If anything comes up while you’re traveling, I’m here to help.
To offer the highest level of personalization and genuine white-glove service, I charge a professional planning fee. It lets me dedicate my time, global expertise, and industry connections entirely to crafting a journey built around you — the difference between a booking and a trip designed from a blank page.
Expert recommendations and booking for standard hotel and tour packages, at no additional planning cost. Complex, multi-stop bookings are quoted individually.
For simple, short-stay bookings of three nights or less that need support beyond the basic reservation — curated dining, activities, or ground transportation.
The full design service — initial consultation, research, custom itinerary design, and up to two rounds of revisions.
For the specialized logistics, supplier coordination, and oversight a larger, more complex party requires. Charged in place of the custom itinerary fee, not in addition to it.
Planning fees are separate from the cost of your travel. Your fee is agreed after our initial conversation and is due before any planning begins. Fees are non-refundable, as they reflect the time and expertise dedicated to designing your journey. Effective October 1, 2026.
Full Terms & Conditions — including cancellation, liability, and planning-fee policies — are provided and signed individually before any work begins. The signed copy always prevails.
To get the ball rolling, take a few minutes to complete my trip inquiry form. It helps me understand your travel style, preferences, and vision — so I can hit the ground running when we connect.
